Property Assessment Cycle
The Property Appraiser’s Office is responsible for annually locating, identifying, and valuing real and tangible personal property for purposes of ad valorem taxation. Our professionals work throughout the year to meet important deadlines established by the Florida Department of Revenue. Annually, the Martin County Tax Collector is required to mail the tax bills on or before November 1st. |
