Steven J. Clarfield serves as board chair of the Adolph & Rose Levis Jewish Community Center, a volunteer position he has held for almost three years. He is former Board member of the Rotary Club of Boca Raton and served a five-year term as chair of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association D&I Committee.
Ryan M. McCarthy serves on the board of directors for the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County, the Wellington Historical Society and the American Red Cross (Palm Beach and Treasure Coast Chapters). He is a member of the United Way of Palm Beach County’s Emerging Leaders Society, Co-Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Solo/Small Firm Committee and Co-Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel for the 2026 Bench Bar Conference.
