Welcome! First things first. We are a service-based company for SkyTab (SHIFT4) and provide on-site support to our merchants as well as 24/7 phone support. Most others ONLY offer phone support. If you've been in this business for any length of time, then you know that being on the phone with someone hundreds or even thousands of miles away is not exactly comforting. Plus, they have no idea what your location looks like or the people within it, yourself included! We got you. Service is what sets us apart from most everyone else, and that is why we are here. There is nothing more frustrating than being on the phone while your restaurant is in chaos because the system is down or tickets are not printing. Or worse yet, the representative who sold you the system is no longer with the company, and you need help, or they never stop by from time to time to see how things are going.
