Client Service Associate
Seeking a Client Service Associate that provides exceptional client service & support to Financial Advisors (FAs) on a daily basis.
Leading with a client-first mindset, a successful candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal skills and will be able to assist clients with their everyday needs. Through regular interactions with clients, individuals in this role build trusted relationships. Use your administrative and operational skills to help our advisors manage and grow their business. You will research and solve problems, onboard new accounts, process and maintain account records, implement technology changes and prepare correspondence in a fast paced, professional and collaborative environment.

- What will you do?
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting them.
- Take initiative to handle customer needs and escalate to financial advisors when appropriate.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
- Supporting the FAs in cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships
- Educating or enrolling clients in digital tools (e.g. DocuSign, Schwab.com, and the Schwab app)
- Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation, onboard and maintain client accounts
- Supporting the FAs marketing strategy (e.g., website maintenance)
- Participating in special projects and/or other duties directed by FAs
- Answering inbound phone calls or making outbound calls with updates on service requests
- Managing the calendar including coordinating meetings or events with logistics such as material prep (e.g., maintaining agendas, sending calendar invites with Zoom credentials)
- Assisting with general in-office support functions such as copying, filing and scanning documentation
