Can Help Your Business Succeed?  ✅   The Martin County Office of Tourism & Marketing is working with Miles Partnership to launch a free, three-part virtual training all about artificial intelligence - designed specifically for our tourism-facing businesses in Martin County. Whether you’re curious about A.I. or ready to start using it to improve your marketing, customer service, or operations, this program will give you practical tools you can start implementing right away.

   

About the Series 🌟 This training program delivers both the strategic context and hands-on experience you need to confidently apply artificial intelligence in your business. Over three 60-minute sessions, you’ll learn how A.I. works, explore different A.I. tools, and get personalized guidance from leading industry experts. Session 1: A.I. Foundations 🛠️ Kick off the series with a clear, accessible overview of the A.I. landscape: • How A.I. technologies work • What they’re great at (and their limitations) • Where A.I. fits into tourism and small business operations • Strategic considerations before adopting new tools Session 2: A.I. Live Lab 🧪 See A.I. in action! This live demo session walks through curated tools selected for real-world relevance to Martin County businesses, covering: • Content generation • Image editing • Data insights • Sentiment monitoring • And so much more Session 3: A.I. Update and Office Hours 💬 This interactive session starts with a quick look at what's new in A.I. Then Miles Partnership's A.I. experts will host open office hours where you can: • Submit your specific questions ahead of time • Receive mini-demos tailored to real-life use cases • Ask anything related to A.I. during the live Q&A

 

When Is It? 🗓️   Session 1: Monday, January 5 Session 2: Monday, January 19  Session 3: Monday, January 26 All webinar sessions will begin at 12 p.m. EST and will conclude by 1 p.m. EST.     What’s Included? 📦   • Session titles, descriptions, and webinar links for easy distribution • Three live one-hour online webinars • Supplemental resources (templates, frameworks, tools, etc.) • Recordings of all sessions for local redistribution • Unlimited attendance for Martin County tourism partners   Who Can Attend? 🎟️   All tourism-facing businesses (large or small) located in Martin County are invited to join this innovative series, but participation is limited to those within Martin County. Think: lodging properties, restaurants, boutiques, tour operators,  attractions, cultural organizations, etc.     How Do I Sign Up? 💻   Register by clicking the button below and completing the registration form. However, webinar recording links will be shared after each session, so if a conflict arises, you may go back and watch a session at a later time.  Do I need to watch every session in order?  Yes, the chronological order of topics was intentionally designed, so please watch Session 1, then Session 2, then Session 3.  Can my colleagues also register, or is it one person per business? Multiple people from the same business/organization can sign up to participate. We just ask that each participant registers using their own email address. How much does this program cost? Nothing! The total cost is covered by the Martin County Office of Tourism & Marketing and the Tourist Development Council, so it is completely free for all Martin County participants.
